How long will it take to complete my CV?

We usually complete CVs within 3 days of receiving all payments and necessary information - however, it is possible that your order may take slightly longer. This is because our writers' first priority is to ensure quality. Your assigned writer will always inform you if your order will take longer.

Why am I not receiving any response with my new CV?

Every job application is different, thus your CV should be focused/targeted to each application. There are quite a few aspects that should be adjusted on your CV and Cover Letter before sending it out to any job application. Your writer will point out these aspects as part of our CV support service.

Would I get a refund if I am not satisfied?

Absolutely! We are absolutely confident you will be pleased with the end result, however if you are not, we have a no quibble refund policy - so you get your money back.

Can I adjust my order after completion?

How does the ordering process work?
